Statutory warnings

जात प्रमाणपत्र व पडताळणी कायदयानुसार खोटे कागदपत्रांचे वापरासाठी 2 वर्षे सजा व रु.20000 पर्यंत दंड होईल.
One may be sent to jail for 2 years term and may be fined upto Rs. 20,000/- for use of false documents.
तसा अपराध दखलपात्र व म्‍हणून बेजमानती असेल.
The offence shall be cognizable and so Non-bailable.
भा.दं.वि.चे कलम 463 नुसार खोटे दस्‍त, अभिलेख सादर करणे फसवणूकीचा गुन्‍हा ठरेल.
Such act shall be treated fraud under the provision of section 463 of IPC.
